"Save the World" is fucking awful. It boils down to running the same 5 mission types endlessly while searching for random crap while NPC's talk at you endlessly over radio. The random crap is always set up in such a way that it takes you multiple missions to collect it all to complete a quest stage. Every mission is padded to fuck by making you wait arbitrary amounts of time for shit to happen or defend objectives for too fucking long. Building/making traps/weapons requires resources that you need to farm, so it's a constant grind to make sure you have all the random shit you need. Because of the way classes are implemented, you will be gimped for ages until the events roll around that contain the character cards you need for your desired build.

Also, the other players are shit, will not build defences or will actively sabotage yours.

It's genuinely fucking horrible and I don't know why they never scrapped it and made something actually fun.

The hero rework where they changed the set character classes into this dumb "build your own hero" system was genuinely fucking stupid and the worst thing that game ever did.

I could jack off to the Clint Eastwood deepfake of Bailey Jay while listening to the Foo Fighters, and it would be a better time than playing Fortnite.
