when i get depressed and no longer enjoy games i play fighting games for a week or two that seems to get me able to enjoy my regular stuff again

no, i play against people, i'm just not a super competitive person so losing doesn't put me on full tilt. fightan always gets my adrenaline going and i think that helps with the depression or something
