FromSoft games will never be as hard as a fighting game

Y'all are a bunch of casuals mashing against a flawed AI thinking you're some hot shit. Real difficulty and competitivity are in fighting games, especially the old ones.

>100 players online

100 more people who actually play fighting games than on Any Forums (yes, including you)

Only no-life, tryhard, losers looks for validation on videogames.

They will cope but they know it is the truth

The one that honestly makes me laugh is when they start trying to flex being good at Souls PvP though

and every single one of them is more hardcore than Any Forums or a souls pvper.

>flex being good at Souls PvP
Lmaooo

Fighting games will never be as hard as chess.

>seething fightingtrannies can't refute this other than m-muh dedicated players
Meanwhile these niggers are gonna complain casuals are ruining their fighting games anyways

Both of those games require vastly different skills.

a normal intellect person could never beat a grandmaster, but an average person could take a round off a pro fighting game player with enough coaching and practice.

what makes grandmasters so smart, then? what unique abilities do they have?

Fighting "Gmes"

>a round off a pro
A round? Maybe yeah, being very generous. But a match? Definitely not lol.

Retard.

how does a low player count make this hypocritical exactly? there is a small dedicated hardcore fighting game playerbase and the genre keeps making concessions to the less dedicated casualbase to try to keep them on the hook for DLC.

Autistic dot dodging games are still the hardest.

Higher IQ. They can calculate multiple lines and remember far more than a normal human can. A person like me who only has like 105-110 iq could never hope to be a GM, My highest rating was 2000. I could spend my whole life playing and practicing chess and never play on a GM's level, and literally never take a game off them.

But I can play SF4 and beat someone like snake eyes like once in around 15 matches.

>online iq test on stream with little focus or care

Now this is cope if I've ever seen one.

>and beat someone like snake eyes like once in around 15 matches
Why aren't you doing it then?

to be fair beating an above average player using a not so strong character is not even close to the same as taking on a chess GM. Closer comparison would be like, taking on Gamerbee's Elena in USF4 in the mirror match.

I did do it. I regularly went to locals and regionals back in like 2014. My highest placing at a major was top 32.

>Provides no proof whatsoever
Uhuh...

>what unique abilities do they have?
GM here. The answer is absolutely none. We just start with Chess coaches and intense study at incredibly early ages. Typically if you haven't hit GM by your early twenties at the latest, it's just not going to happen for you. There are always exceptions, but you're not going to be one of them. It's too much study, too much travel, and too much effort for someone starting later than single digit ages. It's essentially impossible for an adult trying to balance college/work/family/whatever else. That's just real talk. Aim for something like FM, and even that's going to be a challenge -- possibly a lifelong one.

Do you have better memory and processing power?
