I think they're a neat way to reward th devs for their work.

amerimutts get the rope

The devs are rewarded for their work when I buy their game.

I heard Americans tip pilots after their flight. Is this true?

>I think they're a neat way to reward th devs for their work.
I already do when I buy the game. Any game that expects me to pay extra money after that moment will not get a purchase from me. End of story.

don't permit them to bypass the law then, like most of the rest of the world. fucken retards.

>Americans have no tips.
>Yet they tip.

Why would I tell my waiter that I won't tip him in advance?
What if he gives me great service and I want to tip?

Why would anyone ever want to live in USA. It feels like they are 50 years behind europe.

Yeah, but not before clapping for the successful landing.

because I'd rather make more money than have +10-20% of my pay taken so I can either have my hand held with personal finances or cover someone else's expenses.

I feel like I watched this movie, but I can't remember, Is it reservoir dogs?

Who cares man people are more stress free in europe because they know the country makes sure they get by no matter what happens to them.

>servers accept poor working conditions in order to pass the burden onto you instead of themselves or their employers
Do they not realize how fucking retarded they are when they make their own arguments? Fuck servers.

I don't get it, I thought Americans hated socialism and the working class. Why then the bleeding heart compassion for waiters?

I dont think you know anything about America or what those words means, user.

Yeah you also have to tip every flight attendant on the way out

Muh BOOTSTRAPS. Muh freedumz, muh...muh GUNZ.

>underpay your worker hard and guilt trip your customers into paying their wage instead
lmao do americans really

Iā€™m so glad I went to university and got a proper job so I never have to be a waiter

I would seriously consider tipping (I swear!) if the money actually went to the cook, but tipping the person who takes my order and brings me the food? How the fuck is that even an actual job? You're literally Walmat Greeter equivalents.

I don't tip because I'm not an americoid.

I don't tip for standard service, if you go above and beyond your call and make me like you then you get tipped.

I was a server for a summer and trust me, it isn't easy. Thankfully, I'm not a mutt, so I had decent pay and no detracted shit. Walmart greeters don't have to carry trays with drinks and food.

so wagies willfully let themselves get exploited by employers that are allowed to bypass the laws yet I am the one who's a piece of shit in this situation
what the fuck is wrong with mutts?

Why do you think they wear the pilot hats? They hold it outside the cabin door and you're supposed to drop 50-150 bucks into it as you leave the plane.

>OHHH TEH NOOOOOOEZ I HAVE TO CARRY TRAYS
lmao

hello based department??

I don't know, a lot of servers and bartenders expect tips. It's not that I won't and don't tip, it's more of the expectation to tip and someone gets a gluteal abrasion because you just chose not to that time.
>If you can't afford it, don't go out to eat!
Now those people make me not want to tip them out of spite.

The business owners are the cheap pieces of shit for refusing to pay their employees a livable wage. šŸ˜‰

People get paid properly so I don't have to tip. Have the balls to raise all the prices to include the mandatory tip if you want to continue being a scumbag.

There was an attempt to get tipping banned somewhere in the US, I don't recall where or the specifics, but waiters got the bill shut down because they make more money off of tips. They refused to be paid a guaranteed, steady wage and then cry that they're underpaid. I lost all respect for their plight when I read that.

I've even had servers and bartenders be rude or snarky, then it's like "fuck you" to them expecting you to tip them. Like your waitress was bitchy for no reason? No tip.

I wasn't complaining, just saying that a retard standing there saying hi to people has an easier time than a guy holding heavy items and bolting left and right.

Wages are higher like said but their overall taxation is about the same, difference is they pour it into military spending, overpaid consultants and middlemen.
But houses are cheaper, it's arguably easier to "make it" because of how big the market is and you can have a better quality of life if you do become wealthy.

it's not braindead easy because you have to pay attention to all tables, monitor who's ready to order or whose drinks are empty etc.
if you manage to not keep me needlessly waiting and are nice enough (not too pushy), you can expect a tip, sure
if you do only the bare minimum yet expect me to pay you 10-20% extra because Mr. Shekelstein doesn't pay you enough, the only tip you can expect is the one I'll push through your sphincter to piss into your rectum

Here's you (You)

That'll be 59.99$ + tip šŸ¤¤

i always tip the pizza guy $3, no more no less

Yes.

>waiters got the bill shut down
How? It's not like they have the money or time to sway public opinion, it was probably lobbyists hired by businesses that prefer paying $2 per hour.

The fact that you actually believe there are enough waiters or that waiters themselves are influential enough to determine which bills gets passed or not it incredibly amusing.

If the waitress is a fat woman, is it called cow tipping?

What kind of fucks me up is when you order something at a place that just gives you your food at the counter. Am I seriously expected to pay an extra 2-3 bucks to just place my order? What the fuck?

Because it's usually young women that get paid more through tips for being fuckable. That bill passing would fuck their money up. I've seen girls I've worked with get like $2-300 in tips a day. It was insane.

I think the funny part is that the owner can claim the tips

>you have to be willing to get up in someone's face and have a fight, or your disagreement isn't valid
Why do stupid people think this?

>pay the guy who's getting paid already to do his job
americans are very weird

Sometimes it's done and then it's spilt up, I never worked for tips because I was BOH.
