I'm playing BL3 and I'm laughing at how bad the dialogue is. I don't find any of it funny but I laugh at whatever morons thought it was funny. Like how much work did they put into this mess?

It's the only game Pitchford has ever made that I like.
I have hated every single Borderlands I've picked up but I've been having a blast with Tiny Tina's, it helps that there's no driving which is an aspect of the previous games which I loathed.
It's not GOTY but it is fun.

At least in Tiny Tim's Wonderlands the dialogue being terrible fits because it's a teenage girl's D&D campaign. Early on you go in some forest called Weepwild Dankness and the other people at the table comment on how it's just a normal forest and it changes into a swamp to make it danker.

I played that game for all of 3 hours before I decided to never touch it again, it is so bad, I can't understand why anyone even likes it.
This game at least can be excused because it's technically a D&D campaign lead by a little girl, I actually found myself laughing at some of the jokes, something I have never done when playing a previous game from this series.
The only thing I genuinely dislike is the tranny paladin but he's basically nonexistent after the first hour.

The biggest problem with BL3, outside of the fact that the dialog is cringe, is that the characters are also in on how weird the fucking universe is. If the main character was the straightman to all of the absurdity happening it'd be fine.
