>claims to be a STR Chad
>doesn't lift irl
You don't do this, do you?
Claims to be a STR Chad
>claims to be arcane shrigma
>is well known amongst many people
I’ve failed my tarnished
How much is required to be a STR Chad? I've been trying for quite a few years but I can never achieve 3pl.
i lift my beer off the coffee table
lmao3pl8s on what?
Bench - I'll allow it
Squat - Can't claim STR
I've been lifting but only so I can cosplay as muscular Jojo characters. So far I've had enough gains to get some compliments from the women at work, but I have a long way to go.
1/2/3/4 puts you above 99% of people you'll come across in a day. Just don't be a fatass and you can claim STR Chad status. That doesn't mean you should stop leveling STR
>his 1rm beer raise is 500mlx1
pathetic
I can bench a plate, squat a plate + 25, deadlift 180 and ohp 75. How long till I hit 1/2/3/4?
How long have you been lifting/ how often do you lift?
Those are good beginner lifts
Beginner. About half a year but I'm a fat fuck.
> 250 pounds
> 5'11
I am about to go to the gym in a few minutes post motivation please
There's no greater pleasure for a man, then doing well, and having an excuse to play
Those are okay numbers for half a year but not so ok considering your weight. Are you focusing on strength or looks?
Motivationposting is kinda gay but have this
I bike IRL.
Bitch.
>Those are okay numbers for half a year but not so ok considering your weight. Are you focusing on strength or looks?
Strength. Fuck I'm a weak bitch. I just got good conditioning because biking with my fat ass takes a lot
I mean non-gay motivation like pic related, but this pic and not being fat are all I need at the end of the day I suppose
I legit don’t know how. I get a bench, you lay down and lift up. And I get squats, at least the theory behind them. Beyond that I don’t know what else I would even do
>lifted for years but started eating too much again
i'm expanding
Just the form
Beginner lifting is simple, just follow an already established routine for your goals. Once you start getting the hang of it and you learn more about yourself you can start mixing your routine and diet and you'll reach a point where you program everything you do yourself. I rec a 3day full body program to all beginners. Check out Natural Hypertophy on YT, he's autismaxxed but gives great advice
