Adopting a contrarian stance such as “I actually didn’t like morrowind” works on the implication that you have played oblivion and/or skyrim. Which means that you at least somewhat like elder scrolls. If that’s the case, then you would have liked morrowind if you had played it during its era. You don’t, so you almost certainly didn’t.
