Just started playing P5R (in Japanese), what should I expect?
>in japanese
Nothing unusual, if you can read that is.
This
>what should I expect?
Never having sex.
Play the game and find out, idiot.
気持ちいい
what if I can't
Then you’re going to be miserable, since P5’s story is explained almost entirely with drawn-out exposition between characters. If you can’t read hundreds of text boxes, you won’t get the story (not that it’s cohesive anyway).
>(in Japanese)
>EOPs
boring and useless stealth mechanics
Not really, you use them to take less damage in general due to the free turn from an ambush. This is easier to notice when trying to finish the very first palace in a minimal amount of days where you'll have almost no resources.
Unpopular opinion but P5 > P5R
I think if story matters to you it's better playing P5 first for the canon story, then only play P5R if you're desperate for a re-run but with changes. P5 strikers is a sequel to P5, not Royal. Unless the royal stuff happens in any other future P5 stuff then what i say it pointless of course.
But if gameplay is all you care about not story then obviously Royal is better.
Also op if you cant understand jap the game is gonna suck for ya. Play in English
Royal's new story content is actually decent compared to most of base P5's story.
funness.
Maruki being the final palace
