Buy hardware
You aren't a persecuted badass. You pirate out of necessity, not choice. Simple as.
>he doesn't rob hardware stores at gunpoint
ngmi
>pirate vidya
>buy merch of the game if I like it
I like having tangible goods, and I'm sure the devs get a good cut.
clothing, CD, etc...
>You pirate out of necessity, not choice. Simple as.
True. It it indeed necessary to pirate a game in order to see if it is worth purchasing.
correct, moral necessity
Glad we agree.
>and I'm sure the devs get a good cut.
No, they don't. Any and all licensing profit from merch goes directly to the publisher, unless the deceloper is somehow also the publisher OR they have a developer-created and maintained e-shop.
I have hacked my ps1,2,3,4, switch, xbox, 3ds so far
Fuck off, William.
No I don't, I don't even work. I could spend the rest of my life not working and still have loads of money. I pirate because I want to.
Based
based
Really? I'd imagine an indie dev gets more return on a selling a T-shirt on their own store (a lot of them do this) than they do a retail game (which involves getting a publisher, store cuts, etc.)
Post brokerage account
I buy games because the updates are automatic and I'm lazy.
That or the game is impossible to get otherwise (defunct service, too rare.)
>spend $2000 on a graphics card
>pirates games that can be played on a 2009 laptop
piratefags are idiots
fair
>pirate hardware
>buy vidya
respect
>pirate game
>enjoy it
>buy the game and delete the pirated version
Thank you for good game mister dev
