Anyone saying you get huge gains at 80 in any stat shows they literally cant do math or have any basic understanding of how infusions work.
You actually have less damage at 80 pure raw phys than say, fire/lightning at 50 LMAO.

Spell scaling stops at 50-60 btw. you gain one spell scaling per level after that.
Only people shit at builds gear to 150.

I can get 60 vig 50 str, and all the endurance to roll heavy armor or pump a secondary damage stat all under 125.

that's not how damage scaling works, barely any buffs and talismans apply to fire/lightning/magic damage
and if you're talking about raw damage then bleed will win any day
