Shitposting aside, you really aren't getting the same kind of experience using the mimic tear etc as someone who plays solo without some cookie cutter bullshit.
It's obvious FROM put these massive crutches in the game so they could design legitimately challenging bosses like Malenia without alienating half of their playerbase.

I'm trying to beat the game EXCLUSIVELY using spirit ashes
I started a Prophet, unequipped the spear immediately, got Blessing's Boon, Golden Vow, and Great Heal incantations with a +13 Finger Seal, the Turtle Great Shield, and have been using Lone Wolf, Lhutel the Headless, Rotten Stray, and the Bloodhound spirit guy to get through most fights. I'm currently stuck though because I need to kill Radhan (can't summon spirits so it's entirely up to RNG and NPC summons), Rennala (can summon spirits but it's RNG which of the 50 creatures in her fight they attack), or Mohg (can't summon in the Grafted Scion fight, so I can't even get to Mohg). So I can't get into Leyndell or obtain the Mimic Tear until I figure out workarounds.

the only bosses I didn't use them against are horoah loux and rykard, the only 2 fun bosses in the game
maliketh would've been the best boss if the whole fight was just the second phase
