I've never been a guy who reads books but I got into audiobooks very recently and jesus christ with each new book I go through, Rick and Morty just seems more and more vapid and stupid with the way it mindlessly jerks off nihilism and existentialism.
I guess the reason why some many youngins like it and "relate" to it is because really they just want to rebel, and Rick and Morty rejects all the christians values our western society was built on. You can say it's mostly just Rick sanchez and that you're not supposed to idolize him, but he's written to always be right about everything and get the last laugh in, and all the kiddies worship him.

Will FPS games ever be good again?
I miss playing old FPS games and just doing the whole Russia vs Britain or U.S. vs. China, maybe G.I.G.N. vs. some terrorists.
I just want something grounded again, it's been around 10 years since a remotely good FPS game has been released, and even though some modern FPS games are polished, they're shit to play.
Now every shooter is politically pozzed like 2042, rainbow color fun time like R6S with these skins or Vanguard with fucking "my team vs their team" and anime skins in god damn WW2.
CoD also has their whole entire multiplayer formatted by psychologists they hire to encourage addiction instead of fun through their map design and matchmaking systems.
Will dedicated servers and community made mods ever be a thing again like BF2 and CoD 4? probably not.

I didn't understand at the time why my father skipped out on MW2, but over time seeing how bad it got it clicked for me.
