Just touched the fingers, now my 100hr playthrough if fucked
No its not, you can revert it if u dont want this ending
embrace it bro
the "burn victim" look is very in right now
But Melina won't come back to me :(
I guess i'll have to, but i felt terrible when Melina told me to fuck off, how much content do i miss by sticking to that ending?
have you done Millicent quest? just go kill Melania and you get the chance to revert the flame ending
FUCK that whore
You deliberately crossed the door behind the boss despite Melina's warnings, you went through a jumping puzzle, saw the corpses of hundreds of merchants who died of madness, you undressed to pass the final door. You deserve everything that happens to you.
You can fix it but why? Burn it all I say. You and everyone else are monsters, how bout a fresh start?
stop
>You deliberately crossed the door behind the boss despite Melina's warnings
I came in this hole randomly after a message on the floor that said a hidden path was ahead. All I found down there was hyetta saying to take my clothes off if I wanna see something cool so I did. I got no warnings.
But now she will never die burning herself.
You actually pulled the best ending.
It's a fucking shame From didn't make anything about it.
Fucked how? Does it do anything else other than change the ending and character appearance?
Except there was no way you got there without noticing the hundreds of merchant corpses all over the place and the handful of living merchants launching fire from their eyes. The door itself is also extremely unique and looks pretty ominous so why would you expect something good behind it just because an NPC told you to do it?
>Girl you've been feeding the eyes of crazy people tells you to get naked and go open a door with clear signs that something bad is behind it.
>Bad thing happens
>rest at grace
>talk to Melina
>Three fingers are more than two
>Three fingers have the thumb and index fingers which are two of the most important fingers on the hand
>Two fingers only have the ring finger and pinky, which are relatively useless
Three fingers were right and the real good guys.
I just wanna reiterate you aren't fucked at all. You did the right thing.
>Except there was no way you got there without noticing the hundreds of merchant corpses all over the place
nigger there's hundreds of corpses literally every inch of the world what makes you think I'm gonna pay any special attention to this one place in particular?
>the handful of living merchants launching fire from their eyes
I never fought them so how would I know?
>The door itself is also extremely unique and looks pretty ominous so why would you expect something good behind it just because an NPC told you to do it?
Because usually you do shit NPCs tell you to do in side quests. That's how games work.
Based frenzied flame gets another one. Accept your fate and receive the best ending.
Salvation lies in a Caelid questline (that doesn't end in betraying the main character of the quest), being careful not to jump/land on them afterward, fighting the optional super boss, then finding another optional boss' arena.
Oh no... you accidentally got one of the 2 unique endings instead of one of the 4 retextured endings and now an NPC you rarely see is mad at you.
kek
>nigger there's hundreds of corpses literally every inch of the world what makes you think I'm gonna pay any special attention to this one place in particular?
Because that's not true at all and you know it. Literally the only other places in the world that have a comparable volume of bodies packed together are piles of dead, yet here the corpses are all still sitting up, frozen in the tormented pose they died in. That doesn't stand out to you whatsoever? You might be fucking retarded.
>Because usually you do shit NPCs tell you to do in side quests. That's how games work.
Not when the rest of the game, be it NPCs, item descriptions, or environmental context clues, is warning you that you might be doing something extremely significant that everyone else in tells you to avoid. Typically that means you're about to do something with real consequences and that maybe you shouldn't if you don't want those consequences on this playthrough. Plus, if you saw Hyetta down there, it means you did enough of the quest to get said warning signs from NPCs. Your fault for not paying attention.
hope you got your seal, m8
>she doesn't burn herself at the forge
>since you got the frenzied flame before she toasted herself, your Lord of Frenzied Flame eb5ding now gets a special bonus scene where Melina reappears and puts a hit out on you
>plus you get the stylish burn scars and frenzy eyes
>now healed by yellow flame stones
You get a cooler ending than the standard ending, with more content, kept you're waifu alive, and get an extra bonus scene out of it. I'd say you're doing pretty well for yourself.
