If you didn't wear this plus all the Scorpion Charms that lower damage negation while using weapons that don't benefit from the latter AND had Fia's debuff active the whole time, you did not beat the game.

pulling agro can be useful for multiplayer or with summons, especially if you build yourself to be tanky

The real question is why does the double damage talisman exist when you get 2 shot by everything end game anyways? might as well just not level vigor and get the same experiance.
