This game really needs an updated UI or a super customized one. Like the screenshots look comfy but once the hud comes on its really hard to read and doesnt scale well for modern machines.

The smartest thing they could do is redo all the starter zones to get enough people to get hooked in. Touch up the UI, allow it to be heavily modable. Then maybe have one or two mega servers to make the world pop seem healthyish. I mean why not

I've tried this game plenty of times and the garbage WoW format is just as shit as it's always been
damned shame too, because the world is fantastic, but I can't tolerate another second of moving to a new area to fight through groups of 3 mobs at a time to collect 10 bog weasel feet over and over and over forever

Playing around with nostalgia in this way is a sin. I remember this game being popular at the heights of MMOs around 2008. Looking back, it was like an alternate reality compared to today. Old MMORPGs have no place in this hellscape.

The community is really nice but it's all older folk with lvl cap toons, getting carried through a raid by them isn't really much fun.
