As someone who just started playing Dark Souls, they're WAY better than Fandom. Fandom is a literal plague, infecting every single game. It's like they were in a contest to design the worst possible web page.
Fextra's not perfect either, though. What's with wikis all trying to stick a hundred videos and live streams on every page, now? It wasn't like this just a couple years ago.

Half the time the information on the wiki is either missing or wrong and you have to scour the comments like a fucking YouTube autist to make sure the shit that IS there is actually accurate. The old school runescape wiki is the pinnacle of game wikis. All other game wikis pale in comparison, and using any other game wiki is a chore.
