Gen 6 controllers could be pretty precise. Tenchu's response was always just clunky with abnormally wide turns even on analog controls

The first game I ever played was Tomb Raider 2, faggot. Tenchu's "hidden rolls" are small time. Both are clunky and while Tenchu 1 and 2 were hampered by DS1, the later games have no such excuse.

Tenchu Z was the first Tenchu that I ever played going all the way back to 2010. The very first 360 game where I unlocked every achievement too. I've been meaning to play all of these games in release order 1 day just to experience them. I don't care how old they are.

Tenchu Z perfected the controls and was honestly a bit broken with the upgrade systems
You will have a rough time with the earlier Tenchus but at the same time, they're very charming games and Aya/Riki are great protagonists
