It's because learn the moves isn't satisfying.
You never feel like you mastered the boss, you kinda just go at it and tank through.
The moves aren't telegraphed well, and it's almost impossible to dodge effectively unless it's frame perfect.
A good boss battle should be when you know where you made mistakes, this game you're left wondering what the fuck even happened in the first place

Wear a faith talisman and cast the basic heal it will still do a lot of damage and open them up for a critical.
