russia win

So who's winning?

>J-Just one more VDV...

>Supposed top 5 superpower loses to a third world country

Honestly embarrassing

This shit still going on?

>ME WANT ONLY WIN
>NO NO NO ME NO WANT TRY
>GO NEXT GO NEXT REEEE

Regardless of what side you are on isn't this war costing Russia lile 20 billion a day? How much longer before they get really desperate and try a final full front assault or just give up?

Imagine fucking over 2 countries including your own, damaging the economy of the rest of the world, and destroying your image with an epic gamer move, then gaining nothing from it and only prompting your "real enemy" to strengthen their military while revealing how pathetic yours really is.
He's either terminally or mentally ill, possibly both.

Russia says everything is going according to plan.

This is a meme from the red scare during the Cold War.
Even at it's peak the Soviet Union would have been nothing without nukes, they've always been poor as fuck due to commie shit.
Not to mention by the 70s the soviet military was plagued with corruption.

Its a stalemate, but so far a stalemate is a loss for Russia. The people who will actually win here are China and NATO

>that one player who won't RTV off a shitty map and slowly kills the entire server

Russia, but only due to the fact they will inevitably win long term just by having more shit to throw at the Ukrainians, including multiple generals

I'm going with just super bad intel all the way up. He thought this would be way easier than it was.

The winners are the hard workers of the military industrial complex and the brave mercenaries who fought in the conflict.

>want to invade Ukraine, because you want that sweet buffer state
>but want to have a justifiable pretext to doing it so you don't get reamed by the rest of the planet
>Biden beats you to it, says you're going to invade, now you can't craft your own narrative because everyone's already been primed
>well shit
>do it anyways, maybe I can at least replace the president with a puppet, try throwing out a bunch of narratives like historical ownership, Nazis, blah blah blah
>No one is buying it, the Ukrainians aren't capitulating
>well shit
>Just keep invading anyways
>It isn't working out the way you thought it would
>get butthurt and start threatening nuclear weapons
>now you just justified the existence of NATO, the very thing you wanted to destroy, countries that were neutral to you like Switzerland think you're unhinged
>the entire world sees you as Hitler 2.0
>can't back down because you're too afraid of looking weak
>meanwhile the ruble is tanking and the entire economy is crashing under all the sanctions, Russians are getting detained en masse for unauthorized protests, Germany is sending arms for the first time in years, Ukraine is now getting sent military aid from non-NATO countries like Sweden and Finland
>your oligarch buddies who help fund you are getting their megayachts seized and their assets frozen
>even the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, connected to Xi Jinping, is turning its back
>now you’re getting accused of targeting civilians and committing war crimes
>say that the reason they were bombing civilians is because of the Umbrella corporation
>because of how long everything is taking now you're trying to pretend that actually, you never wanted Kiev all along
So what’s Putin’s endgame here?

Haven't kept with the news what's China up to the last few days?

>they will inevitably win long term
they seem to be giving up on capturing most of the cities or deposing zalensky
if all they get out of this is stalemate and control over donbass/crimea regions it will be retarded

Russia, Ukraine already lost the war they're just refusing to surrender and weaponizing civilians.

Ukraine is because of how long they're stalling Russia

Given infinite time Russia will eventually win, but the longer they take the worse it gets and the less worthwhile seizing Ukraine actually is

They are busy with some plane that randomly crashed with 130 people onboard, all dead probably.

>So what’s Putin’s endgame here?
Chaos and disorder, for everyone.

I can't believe Russia just pulled a Winter War Part 2 with fucking Ukraine lmao
Yes they will get more control over eastern regions but at big cost.
He should've just reinforced the donbass and Europe would've not given a fuck.

my schizo theory is Xi gaslighted him into doing it after realizing he could get a nuke puppet for free

By that logic the Taliban lost against the Soviets and the Americans.

So if the Russians do win then what? They aren't going to be popular with Ukranians, they are going to have to feed an entire other country and the sanctions wont stop. Is their plan just to hold Ukraine as hostage till the sanctions go away and hope everything just turns out fine?

They're trading with Russia. They're the only ones major player trading with Russia, which means they can set the prices. Supply/demand etc. Plus they get a view of what can happen with Taiwan so they'll probably keep up with their economic growth and ignore them.

He was told sweet lies, because telling truth gets you eliminated in Russia. Their military is a joke, because their corruption level is so high that every 10 billion usd spent on the army, 9 of those ends in private hands.

As far as anyone can tell nothing. But that's really all they have to do, Russia fucks itself over and is then in debt to China if they do anything to bail them out.
Ironically they could actually harm Russia a lot by sending them food, China's food has a high chance of being actually toxic. Bad enough to be starving, but then to eat toxic food while in that state, you'll shit yourself to death.

>germany rearming
>japan making territorial claims
bros...?

He thought they'd surrender once it became clear they couldn't win, which was after the first day. The Ukrainian military was effectively disabled after the first day, no central command, no air superiority, the only reason they're able to fight is because they have human shields and Russia is reluctant to blow up entire cities while there are civilians still there, since they have to manage the mess afterwards. This guarantees Russian casualties, as they're fighting with both hands behind their backs.
I don't think Putin considered that the Ukrainian government, being a revolutionary regime installed by an American coup, ultimately takes orders from America, and it's in the American interest for Ukraine to be turned into a parking lot at Russia's expense. Ukraine's leaders will fight to the last Ukrainian and then go back to Israel.

That's the thing, they can't.
Putin thought the ukranians would all welcome him with open arms, his entire plan relied on that.
If he tried to actually go towards completely invading the country he would just have a repeat of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.

Manly bros... what happened...

Attached: 1648078946277.jpg (576x878, 89.82K)

>then what
well thats the thing, they thought it would just be a roll over like 2014 so they didn't plan for the opposite to happen, by this point Putin is just sending people in just to keep his pride since backing down would just increase the chance of him getting couped by the oligarchs

I umderstand them trying to get into Taiwan if Russia wins but why are they even trading with them isn't the Russian currency now worthless?

Pretty shitty game design if games are guaranteed won or lost after only a few minutes of play.

Imagine.

Is Russia is hell bent on edging close to a world war for a buffer state why not move their capital and important cities towards the east? They already have puppet states in the caucus to insulate them, share a border with China, ect. Russia is fucking gargantuan, they could create all the buffer they need internally.

>The Ukrainian military was effectively disabled after the first day, no central command, no air superiority
Are we just going to ignore the TB2 drone strikes on Russian targets weeks into the war? Or the fact that Ukraine clearly has communication and command systems functioning.

Holy shit fresh off the presses
>The Ukrainian military was effectively disabled after the first day,
So the entire might of the Russian army has been kicked out of Kiev by some random civilians? Lol
