Ace Combat 0 and 5 fulfill all, as do DMC 1, 4, and 5. 3 would too but its environments are pretty ugly for the most part. Final Fantasy V, VI, VII, and X do as well; those excluded are either the earlier ones with only serviceable (but enjoyable) gameplay, IX which has mediocre gameplay but fantastic everything else, or the later ones which are very divisive.
