If you beat her you should be getting through most of the fight without ever getting hit at all, except Waterfowl, her aids summons, and maybe an oddly timed kick or random slash

Regardless, Melania is a perfectly fine boss and one of if not the best in Elden Ring. Everything about her dodgeable, punishable, and fair. Learn her tells, learn her moveset, and she's not hard. The reason she stumps shitters if you have to change your strategy, you can't steamroll her by bashing your head in like with other bosses
