i spent an hour making a nice character now i dont know what to do and im too scared to leave town because i can barely even afford the shittiest weapon
you have some options
>mine shit for hours on end to get some money
>hang around battlefields and scavenge the dead and dying
>lure dangerous creatures to a city and harvest the meat and pelt when the guards kill it
do these and you should have money and some boosted stats to play around with
wait until its the middle of the day, when the noble is out walking around town. Sneak into their place and grab a katana
Or just follow a military patrol and wait for them to wipe out a bandit group and pick up some weapons and clothes there
this, make sure you follow a decent patrol, loot the bandits or animals that gets in their way, then sell the armor, weapons and leather
its more fun than mining and you make more money
if someone from the patrol gets knocked out and no one helps him, you can wait for the group to walk a few meters and loot the patrol member while they don't see you

How do you get slaves? Im pretty sure its not in the game from what i can remember and that it annoyed me that other csn have slaves but i cant.

I downloaded kenshi, made a solo run, grinded all the useful stats, beat all the factions, then uninstalled.
