How? Literally just block until she has to do Tatami Gaeshi or the followup to H Kabari. Her most plus on block move is S Kabari and it's got 0 frame advantage. Every meterless option outside of meaty setups is negative 2 or worse. Yeah she can delay or not use the H Kabari followup but just hold up back. You block the followup in the air, but if she goes for a throw or 2K/2S you're above her. Use that info to make reads on her future blockstrings and spam 6P or throw after H Kabari accordingly. She's hilariously easy to counterpoke. Most character's 6Ps beat her 2S.
After that just bully her up close because her best abare option is literally 5P5P6P, it does no damage. Parry is 6 frames, so just vary your strings enough that you catch the recovery and she eats easy counterhit damage all day. Unlike most characters with meterless reversals, her risk/reward is hugely skewed in the opponent's favor in every situation outside of safe jumps.
