I tried DS3 after playing ER and it felt like dogshit in comparison. You really don't realise just how much of an improvement ER is over DS until you go back.
They are still all good games and worth playing though.

I've only played dark soul 1, it was a frustrating piece of shit and all i can remember about it is the cheap stupid bullshit, this one boss in particular where if you step on certain spot the floor crumbles and you fall to your death was the epitome of stupid bullshit
