There will never be another FromSoft game like this again

>Similarly to other FromSoftware games, the game's high level of difficulty polarised players and journalists.

>Don Rowe from The Spinoff calling it "infuriating", and writing that he was not having fun after six hours with the game

>Forbes journalist Dave Thier criticized FromSoftware's decision to have one set difficulty on the game, claiming this made it inaccessible to players with a lower skill level. He argued that the studio should "respect its players" and add an easier difficulty mod

>James Davenport of PC Gamer said that the game's final boss was too difficult for him to beat without the help of the easy mod software

There will never be another 'inaccessible' FromSoft game. From here on out there will only be games with
>Difficulty modes like Easy, Normal, Hard etc
>Cheese like summoning ashes

>Cheese like summoning ashes
Based, Summon Ashes make the AI break on sight.

Not a single mention regarding journos having difficulty. Face it Elden Babbies. Elden Ring is the easiest game in the series

Elden Ring was being made during Sekiro, they literally proved they can juggle the two concepts.

open world sekiro

It's the easiest and hardest at the exact same time. Taurus Demon, Last Giant, Iudex Gundyr, and Gyobu are nothing compared to Margit.

And then you use jellyfish/3 dogs and it's the easiest fight in the game

Will we ever have someone complain about Soldier of Godrick being too hard?

>JUST USE SUMMONS, BRO
obviously.

sekiro has fireworks
and double ichimonji
and high monk
and flame vent
lol

I kinda agree with this dude. 90% of elden ring is really easy. But then there's Malenia, Margit and Morgott, Radahn and several other bosses who kicks your shit back to your ass. Main locations are also hard as fuck. Godrick's castle is a hellhole, sewers are fucking brutal. Royal capital is SWARMING with enemies. Haligtree is the worst. I mean, i love it, but i hate it just as much.
Also ashes are an easy mode. If you don't like em, just don't use them lmao.

True

>implying you couldn't just grind skill points for the dragon mask upgrade system

Why not? it won several GOTYs

Fuck, thanks for reminding me. Double ichi was some retarded broken shit.

I love sekiro. I just wish they had a few different weapons or some of the rpg elements. But maybe that would ruin what it was. At that point you’re pretty much at bloodborne

good the game was boring action game faggots can just play DMC and pretend they have fun.

Elden Ring is the hardest "Souls" style game ever made unless you looked up which weapons are abusable pre-patch and rushed the game with those.

>just use the tools they give you and rub in your fucking face you don't evne need to burn a humanity anymore to summon jesus fucking christ there's also a gold emblem npc to help you

Margit doesn't even have a hard pattern, his attacks are all decently spaced out, you literally just DON'T ROLL TOO SOON RETARD. If you're having trouble go fight the crucible knight in the goal or at the foot of the castle, he'll teach you not to roll early.
