A nice lance. easy to mass produce and arm your soldiers, and can be effective with minimal training compared to other melee weapons.
of course if you live in the future and have money then firearms are better.

Moonveil is the best INT weapon even without the weapon art. The weapon art takes it to SSS class. L2+R2 melts bosses and staggers in 3-4 hits
L2+R1 is a slightly cheaper version that works great for close quarters crowd control
Bleed melts the bosses HP
Katanas in general are OP but Moonveil is the best PvE weapon in the game

I'm level 140 and I can't find a build that I like. Strength is slow and I can't do huge damage like I see other people doing and even with high poise I get cut down in one or two hits by big bosses and I'm too slow to quickly take out the faster common enemies. Going full INT seems lame and I don't want to be a faggot. I tried INT/DEX with Moonveil and it was kind of OP and a little fun but doing just Transcendent Moonlight over and over got boring, and then they nerfed it anyway.
I'm not sure what to do.
