They didn’t recycle animation cells between multiple films, they reused references and poses yes, but directly recycling cells was extremely rare. You will see images of many of these instances but they aren’t as common as it may look, keep in mind they’re spread across several feature length films across several decades. Also those films are leagues better than Turning Red and the other absolute fucking shit Disney and Pixar are systematically pumping out these days in every conceivable way.
