>made with unity
Made with unity
why are nintendo fans so stupid? unity isnt bad, its just easy as fuck to make a shitty game with it
Unity's a nice engine
The problem with loads of shitty games on it is its accessibility
There's some extremely ludo games that were made with Unity. DUSK is so good it even BTFO's the original Quake.
strange how Any Forums shits on game engines yet not coding languages. maybe it's all because one tends to have a splash logo while the other doesn't
If you made a game
>with a team
>with bought assets
>in godot/unity/unreal/other engine
>with a rendering engine
>with an IDE
>for any OS other than MS-DOS 6.22
>using OOP or anything as advanced
>in any other language other than Assembly
>without a handmade compiler
>with mouse/keyboard/monitor
You simply didn't make a game
Unity is bloat and makes games run poorly
Based retard
Not an argument
Nah, retards just don't know how to optimize their games to work in Unity, which should a main priority for a game in any game engine, but they either don't care or haven't read any documentation.
i dunno i enjoyed The Forest and it was made with unity
Unity can run 10000x slower though depending on what you're doing.
Unity created a lot of good games, it’s just bloated with a lot of bullshit.
The best Unity games don’t make it obvious they are Unity games until they tell you. And some of them look obviously Unity but actually play well and aren’t just physics flinging
Nah, the fact that BDSP was made in Unity means we can actually fucking mod it to be good super fucking easy.
>slap assets in a game
>give it title super spider rope hero
>put it on android store
>people do not redeem
>make the moneys
Genshin Impact is made in Unity and is one of the most succesful games of all time
>made with Unreal
fun fact: if you pay for a more expensive license, you dont have to put the unity logo anywhere in your game. so cheaper (probably shittier) games have to advertise unity, and youve probably played a game you really liked but had no idea it was on unity.
I recall from around a decade ago that Unity had a cucked physics engine due to a capped phys cycle limit.
That was my main gripe with the engine - have they made improvements in that area today?
>unity runs slower if you dont optimize it.
woah... what other wise insights do you have?
Nothing wrong with Unity, great engine for smaller indie games. Played many great Unity games.
