No. You're not gonna like the rest of the game.

no

How are you bored? I was hooked before I even left the tutorial plateau area.

>How are you bored?
open world with nothing to do except shrines and killing NPCs is not fun

you're retarded

The start is the best part of this game. Once you realize how shallow it is its a bummer

No, you should probably stop playing. If you are still curious and haven't done a divine beast, you can do that. There's also the Eventide island on the bottom right of the map, which was my favorite place in the game.

nah, it's not for you
go play something else and do exactly what the quippy guy is saying, that's more your kind of thing

Just imagine it's your first open world game ever to get into the tendie mindset

I have consoomed a lot of open world games in my life that I started to hate the genre

The Great Plateau is basically the best that the game is gonna offer you, except for storming Hyrule castle. As someone who put 50 hours into the game myself, it's hard to recommend it. For example, people always talk about how amazing the sidequests are, but they're always MMO-tier fetch quests for items that become useless the moment you get them. a ghost horse mount? lol means nothing since I can fast travel. Shrines? What do I even need them for, I can just stuff my face with food and get infinite health and stamina. Weapons? The game literally floods me with them, also trivializing the weapon durability mechanic, which I felt was actually an interesting addition (and you know I've played the game since any dime-a-dozen shitposter will bring that up as a negative against the game).

I also take issue with koroks as a concept. I don't care about collecting them all, and infact I didn't even care about the reward you got from them. I was insulted because the puzzles were so frustratingly easy to solve. I hate easy puzzles. I played BOTW to get away from the typical low IQ puzzle solving of previous Zelda titles, which are they repeating it? I'd rather they not exist, at least to spare me the frustration. See, if korok puzzles and shrines had SOME level of difficulty behind them, I wouldn't even care what reward I got for them. You could give me a glowing pile of korok shit, and it wouldn't matter. I'd at least have fun solving the puzzle, and BOTW seems to encourage the journey being just as important as the destination, so giving me a challenging puzzle to solve would be its own reward. But they couldn't even offer me that. Which is sad.

No, that's it for the rest of the game. I beat the game but should have stopped after not liking the first 5 or so hours. Botw is just not a good game

Just go to the end or the parts that actually seem important, the whole "you can do ANYTHING" isn't as clever as it is convenient.

No, if you're bored either stop playing or go rush ganon if you really want to say you beat it. It will not get better.

Me too. I've never experienced that before in gaming where just by playing a GENRE too much I get sick of it and start to despise it
And a sub genre of action games at that

>I was hooked before I even left the tutorial plateau area
Not OP, but so was I. That's by far the best area. It's the rest of the world that bored me.
>killing NPCs
I wish.

just head straight for the divine beasts before you get exhausted of the game before finishing it

>this thread
Huh. I guess the 3 diehard botw fanatics on Any Forums are all asleep.

No. All the dungeons are garbage, only Hyrule Castle is alright and it's a pretty short area.

That's because the genre is worthless. I've played maybe a dozen open world titles for more than 20 minutes, and they're always empty and lifeless.

A good linear experience with well crafted areas and enemy layouts will always be far more engaging than "lol make your own fun dude" garbage with copy-pasted layouts everywhere. Want more player agency? Have them pick which quests they handle, which team they side with.

>Emulate 5 year old game because I'm bored
>Already have an opinion about it, mind closed
>It doesn't blow me away because I already know everything about it
>This game is boring!!

Yeah user, you did this to yourself. I hope you get to enjoy something else in the future.

The series died at Majora's Mask. All the later games are trash (that obviously includes Breath of the Wild).
