it's Nioh 3, which is basically dark souls but with diablo-style loot (a million drops but only like 10 will be useful)
instead of changing weapons you change your entire class complete with new stats and special moves
on PC for some reason the ingame cutscenes look blurry and awful, and run at like 25 frames but the rest of the game is fine

Nioh has a "better" story, better graphics and had more hype behind it. Journalists were more inclined to take it seriously than SoP which was doomed from the start with that ridiculous first trailer. Plenty of anons also predicated a low 70 score, the game getting low ratings isn't a surprise to anyone.
