Pokemon Legends: Arceus for Switch was the highest selling game last week, moving an additional 34,362 units. It was followed by the PlayStation 4 versions of Elden Ring and Gran Turismo 7, moving a respective 30,341 and 20,806 additional units.
Chocobo GP and .hack//G.U. Last Recode for Switch were the only new releases to chart in the top 10. The latter opened at 12,414 retail sales, while the former opened at 11,097 sales. Next-generation consoles continue to face stock issues.

You might have specific personas within companies who express fondness for Sony, but you have NOBODY willing to stake a game's success solely on Sony anymore. The State of Play from the other week had LITERALLY nothing exclusive to PS4/5 Returnal was in the Nvidia leak so I'm counting that too lol. Even all of Square Enix's newer projects on Playstation(s) so far are at least also getting PC releases. If FF7R-2 ends up PS5 exclusive, then that's likely just a victim of impulsive years-old contracting biting them in the balls like FF16 (Falcom's Toshihiro Kondo talked last year about how timed-exclusivity contracts for Sony can run for a long time for developers).

i don't know anyone who owns a ps5. i think it's a fake console i've never seen one and they are always out of stock. i know multiple people who have switches and have used one in real life, it's a real console. people used to joke about the ps3 having nogaems but now the joke is the ps5 has no console and nogames

I picked up Tokyo Ghostwire on GMG for PC and I'll probably pirate Stranger of Paradise at some point and buy The Diofield Chronicle since Triangle was so good and I want more SRPG now. Man, feels good to not have to give a shit about owning a Gaystation 5

Making Gaas game since they don't make money from games, they make money from microtransactions and DLC see. By contrast nintendo uses the evergreen strategy because they actually make money from their game releases.
Sony made sure the mtx shop was not up and running for all the reviews but on launch everyone saw how scummy they are .
