The 1Chr and 9Int in your SPECIAL, the maxed out Speech - it's a convenience. Being able to bypass half the game in a text box, maxed out points every level, it dulls your brain. It may helped you find the New Vegas Thread, but it's just as much a crutch as it is in every other game.

I don't know what minmaxing is I always just use cheat engine or some trainer to max level everything. There's not a single game with stats in which i didn't just put CHAR to 10, Strenght to 10, everything to 10 before the game begins.

What's boring about not having to grind for stats of have your character locked out of dialogue options because oops you didn't kill enough radroaches to level up and put 10 more points in medicine

Broke casinos asap, got implants before level 2
Improved Cowboy, adds police pistol, multiple shotguns, etc and removes a requirement
Improved Packrat, moves it to level 12 and removes the 6 int requirement
Improved Handloader, adds ALL ammo types to get crafted
Just enough STR to use Big Boomer and Lever Action
Just enough PER for better crits
END for implants
CHA for Cass/Rex - Hand of Veng + Guard Dog brain
INT for unretardeding + entimologist + can use black coffee + mentats for checks
AGI for faster reloading, better crits, had to use small frame trait
LUC for crits and gambling
