Blade and Sword, a game from 2002 that rips your fucking anus into a British flag very nicely, went through a stealth release on Steam. It supports English. It's kinda fun but gets into absolute hell quickly and then submerges into the frozen lake level at the end.
Played through it as a kid and I have no fucking idea how i got to the ending area, so be careful.
