Vibrant colours without being cartoons. Top tier exploration music

now show the same shot without any mod and laugh

that's not what oblivion looked like bro

>Vibrant colours

normal oblivion arguably looks better

>without being cartoons
Press X to doubt.

Color pallet and comfy music

Oblivion was thoroughly bland and mundane with shit worldbuilding and dumbed down mechanics and lore.

By being as generic and boring as possible.

Jeremy Soule. That's all they needed.

Generic fantasy land with Jeremy SOUL

>normal oblivion arguably looks better

in your nostalgia-addled mind maybe

>oblivion
you see elden ring...

well that's with mods for a start
also it helps if your lead music designer almost died before making the OST
that tends to inject fuckloads of reflective, melancholic, thought provoking soul too

Sounds like Elden Ring

why do you larp about games you never played? lmao

it had an interesting art style like morrowind, skyrim got rid of it and turned it into generic nu-fantasy rubbish
I loved the unpredictable nature of oblivion and morrowind, quests could go anywhere and you never quite knew what was going to happen
like that quest where you go inside a painting, and that quest where you hallucinate and commit murder skyrims quests were just "go here, retrieve this item" and there were never any twists or turns

>Overcast day in a gray city

Cherry picking in the opposite direction

this is not what the game normally looks like, I only play vanilla and it's much more vibrant than this
