It's harder to get the Fierce Deity's Mask than to defeat Majora and the only use of that Mask is to glitch it and use it in the Termina Field.
Also the Giant's Mask is not necessary to beat the Twin Worms

They're literally not though for example Zora Link's fins out right kill targets not stun them like the boomerang does
Deku Link's bubbles obviously don't behave anything like deku seeds at all
and Goron Link's ground pound isn't used for anything other than opening Goron City on any part of the map rather than a specific switch and the switches that DO require it are weight based not damage based

They literally are the slingshot, hammer and boomerang just better versions as to not just simply reuse the same weapons from OoT giving each of them their own little flair

By that logic the bow is just an upgrade of the slingshot yet still counts as a slingshot by your standards which is retarded
The mask abilities don't even use the same type of damage as your comparison's the fins for example mechanically use Kokiri sword damage and doesn't scale with sword upgrades
