its not impossible to dodge it. its telegraphed and you know when she'll do it if you play the encounter enough or read up on it. you can sprint away and it wont hit or run under and roll 90 degrees and it will miss completely and easily dodge the next section of it. shields work against it as well if built for that. you can also have summons that draw attention and the attack. shes not that hard.
