Yes, but not in the way you think it is. This gun and by extension its flavor text came out long before Covid-19 vaccines came out (or had been developed, for that matter). In fact, it came out in March of 2020, when we were just getting into lockdown (and therefore all the talk about the covid vaccine being untested MRNA technology was yet to be a thing).
