Oh yeah, I too became clairvoyant on whether or not the RNG was going to fuck me over in Phase 2 because it felt like it, too.
Protip: It may not have happened to you, but you are NOT safe to attack him after his combo extension tail-whip. He can do whatever the fuck he wants and you will just have to deal with it. He has 3 safe moves, good luck accepting that you will need to roll and/or dodge until he does the safe attacks. Alternatively: just parry bro.
