I found 3H okay. There's only like 2 maps in the entire game I remember, one being the spiral tower because it was unironically better to box Gilbert in and let him die to reinforcements than actually let him participate in the battle.
The other being the final one for golden deer.
Monastery is okay but it's just fucking redundant and a pain post TS because the quests reduce to the same repeatables, your units are already incredibly strong and your Byleth is already so proficient in what you focus them on there's nothing to gain from advanced drills.
It unironically would've been better off ditching it post-ts and just having overworld map movement between chapters.
Characters are okay and I like most of them.
I don't like FE3H and I don't hate it either. It just certainly is a game that exists.
