I'm still in cause sunk cost and I like the characters and story. It's not an action gacha game, but most gacha aren't really. I quit Azur Lane long ago and even when I did play I didn't manually control battles. Maybe you'd like AL more though OP.

Only schizos and a handful of people still play it. It bombed in Korea, in Japan, Global, Taiwan and it's dying hard in China. Games from before and after it are doing much better, even games the GF fans were doomposting a lot like Arknights, Blue Archive and Alchemy Stars are doing much better in both monthly revenue, userbase, and outsider interest.
And yes, it feels antiquated as heck

It is, I don't play it anymore outside of story events, but I don't play any other gacha at all anymore because the only 2 modern gachas are genshit impact and umamusu, and I don't like hors.
