I made that. Glad someone liked it. I'm away from my computer right now but I can post what I remember. I started with the nigthkin preset and then changed the bonestructure to the third one, (top right). Eyes are almost max big and max up. I lowered the cheekbones a bit and that made a big difference. I use similar faces a lot and save presets to compare if its going in a good direction. Might post entire sliders later when I get back home.
