NieR of course but only after you play Drakengard 1.

Xenoblade no doubt. Pure kino story, with amazingly comfy and stricking environments to go through.

As a fan of both series, I’d say NieR first. Xenoblade is fantastic, but Nier (as well as Automata) is one of the best games ever made.

If you’re able to play Xenoblade as well, go for it.

Both but if you have to pick one first get NieR

both fag

Nier, not even a contest

NieR has better story but just kindo of ok gameplay(Think the remaster gives some qol stuff tho.)
Xenoblade Chronicles has weird MMO combat but it works and the story isnt as good but theres so much crazy shit that happens that its entertaining.

Nier Replicant is one of the best games I've ever played, so I'd go with that

Xenoblade is excellent if you're at all in the mood for exploring and adventure.
Nier is just cringey, mediocre weebshit.

Xenoblade, the only nier you should play is gestalt

You’ll be sucking dick by the end of either one.

NieR without question, you'll get a lot more out of it. Xenoblade has better gameplay though.

Should I play og Xenoblade Chronicles or the Definitive

Considering it’s the first game in the series, Nier
Then Automata, then Xeno 1, Xeno 2, X, Gears, Saga 1-3, that Nier mobile game
Yes that is literally the timeline

Nier

Oh I already played Nier on the 360

The Definitive. It basically replaces the original. It has way better visuals, a fucking ton of qol improvements, both a rearranged and the original soundtrack to choose from, and the extra epilogue.

what about the taro card game?

Thanks user!

No prob. Hope you enjoy the game user

They're basically opposites.

Xenoblade is a generic shonen story that's proud of being a generic shonen story and plays on it's strengths.
Nier is a generic shonen story basically taking a shit on generic shonen stories and the hypocrisy of dumb shonen protags that do horrible shit in the name of THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP.

Nier has kinda shitty gameplay though.
