Been in development hell for eons but finally came out a few days ago. Play the mod and you'll quickly learn why though, they took all the tiniest worldbuilding details that valve merely brushed over in Half Life and ran with them.

Squad AI is the biggest improvement. There's a convenient button to simply recruit and disband every HECU soldier close to you. Gotta bind those but there is one chapter where you'll need em with the near platoon you get to lead.
