Can someone please explain to me how this pool hopping event works? I'm a new player and it makes little sense to me.

Yeah so the pool roulette wheels are event rewards. You can get them through point totals or by buying them in the shop.

Forgot to mention that the wheels numbers themselves are random. You roll one and hope you get a good rewards out of it, and you just roll until you run out of wheels.

Eh I'd avoid spending stones on those wheels in the owner shops. They're not really worth it if you ask me.
Too unreliable and costly. The last thing you want to do it pull a 1 on a paid wheel when you need a 5 or 6.
I mean the wheels that dont cost paid stones aren't the worst investment. Just avoid the paid wheels.

Now the only free 10's are from the white day event.
