Yes watch the digital foundry console comparison, PS5 running the PS4 pro Framerate mode is currently the only way to play the game at 60FPS consistently not even PC can do this currently

In the US they pay sales tax separately. In Europe, tax is included in the price tag. Where I live VAT is 23% but games have the same standard pricing. Basically the real price of a 60€ game is like 46€, the rest is tax.
