I once had this idea for a game called Metal Gear Downed. You control some guy in the twilight days of the GOTP incident. The gameplay is not stealth based all that much and is more of an action TPS, yada yada.
But the important part would be the storyline, in which we delve into how our protagonist is fucking disturbing to people around him. I mean

>Has no genetic or cybernetic things, yet is able to physically match and overwhelm people with both of those.
That shit sounds more like the trademark of some kind of humanoid abomination, and the story would delve into this.
I dunno, I thought it sounded interesting.
