None of them are hard so that doesn't matter
Retarded complaint that has somehow gained traction among pseuds

I mean none of the metroidmanias are hard, of course the classicmanias are hard

Order of Ecclessia was pretty tough imo

Been here for a really long time and I never understood why Any Forums loved/loves this skeleton so much. He's easiest boss in all of castlevania.

Also holy fucking shit it took this long to get the Cube of Zoe

Circle of the Moon can be pretty tough compared to the others, but that might just be because the USA version raised the EXP requirements for levelling. Unless you stop and grind out cards/EXP you're going to feel pretty underlevelled the whole game.

SoTN is specially easy, too many items/skills make you invulnerable.

This. Aria is the better game anyway.

I'm interested in this.

and those things are fun
if i were to rebalance sotn, all I would do is make the enemies have higher stats. I would not remove or nerf any fun broken shit like shield rod or crissaegrim

based. by the time you get the fun shit alucard is so broken it doesn't feel like you get to do anything besides watch them die. holy water itself trivializes most encounters if they're groundbased for example. higher stats/maybe some new attacks would be fun, something that incentivizes keeping you active but still able to do good damage. the mummy could be an actual boss.

thanks doc

Circle of the Moon also suffers a HUGE problem with RNG. Unless you know exactly who drops the right card combo to get regen and grind it enough, you have zero consistent ways of healing since potions are also RNG. If you do get the regen combo the game becomes way more manageable but honestly I can't see me ever playing CotM without the mod that makes card drops exploration items so the entire game's difficulty isn't bound to the roll of the die.
