At low level they would grow back fast enough to prevent lowbies from being cucked but in high level zones finding wild trees, plants and crops could troublesome. I remember taking two weeks to find a cactus back when I was working on my personal garden because the entire zone had less than a dozen of them and they were nowhere to be found until I discovered an hidden spot.
