Is that how many loads you've taken? Faggot
ninfags so mad about this game
>finish Elden Ring
>the only boss OST I can remember is this
youtube.com
Yeah, I like for your mom to orgasm in my mouth
FROM games OST has been getting more and more generic as the time went on.
DS1 was the most unique, DS2 was the sweetspot for me. DS3 was just bombastic orchestral music, with a couple of standout tracks thrown in.
Yeah the soundtrack is shit, there is little melodi and usually just one dragged out AAHH together with a violin.
0/10 soundtrack
Kinda reminds me how Nu-Total war games also got AAAH OOOH AH AAAH soundtracks compared to Jeff Van Dykes ost.
Fromsoft is the Disturbed of video game OSTs
What actually made me accept that Elden rings Trash soundtrack was this random meme.
Just turn the music off and put on the track of your own taste (unless its trash, then keep the music on).
yeah just compare

>DS1 was the most unique
The only unique themes were plin plin plon, the gwybdolin and the sif one, the rest are generic as fuck.
Ds3 has top tier osts because they are all memorable.
Damn that's actually a huge difference. I don't know music lingo so I don't know how to say it but the first track has like a progression to it and the second theme just seems drone endlessly
Margit's menacing string motif is extremely memorable, you picked a bad example. Pick something like Radahn.
gentleman, BEHOLD

i fucking HATE this track

Kneel.

Yeah thats the only good one afterall.
Only the Volcano Manor/Caelid OST stuck with me since they are oretty atmospheric and fit the area.
Once again DS2 proving it's the best.

I like the didgeridoo fart music that plays in some caves
i played this for the bear fight
youtube.com
I muted the ER ost and put some LOTR music, it made the game feel much more lively and with purpose unironically
White woman are best.
I liked how moody and creepy some 2 tracks could get. When you first see vendrick. Also the gladiatorial feel for ruin sentinels is badass.
it really does feel dead doesnt it.
>I liked how moody and creepy some 2 tracks could get.
Underrated track there, probably too low ingame
youtube.com
The sheer brassy tone of Ruin Sentinel is forever engraved in my mind, the only Souls song I remember more is of course youtu.be
The trilogy had its highs and lows of OST.
As shit a fight spear of the church was, it's a near all time GOAT track.
Majula theme is literal magic.
Gwyns theme is probably THE GOAT track.
A few boss themes were more about the ambiance. Like burnt ivory king and its demonic screeching sounds. Not something you'd probably listen too for enjoyment but helps the scene when you're playing.
Second phase themes in Elden Ring so far are godtier. Radan is an easy 10/10.
It's called having a clear melody.

OST is more ambiance than anything which I kind of enjoy. Made it sound different than the other games. The ambient music that plays in specific zones fits either the beautiful landscape or the creepiness.
Actual boss OSTs that standout is obviously Regal Ancestor and Radagon
Because they hired cheap japanese chuds for most of the sound tracks. Only good ones are from Yuka.
the best at looking like a cheap mmo
all of those except vordt phase 2 suck.
How did you miss the best boss theme in the entire game?
youtube.com
Repulsive, all of themes i posted have kino melodies that i can whistle and notice which theme is, nameless king can't be spotted on a whistle, therefore unoriginal trash
I can live with my games looking shit. I cannot play games that play the same, and are virtually the same in every regard as the predecessors despite techincally being a different franchise.
DS3 sucks ass but Soul of Cinder is incredibly kino. The whole game is filled with hackneyed DS1 callbacks but that one actually works.
Dunno, the only two that stood out to me at all are godrick and godskin, both of which are apparently from Tomisawa
3's ost doesn't understand place. I don't dislike vordt ost but why is such intense music for vordt? Why is the menu music so epic and loud?
Yoshimi is good too, made one of my favorite boss themes
youtube.com
Unfortunately it seems like he was mostly told to make ambient shit
Because vordt is an intese rabid dog?
Those are actually the only two soundtracks that stuck with me as well. Boss fight themes that is, the ambient tracks are pretty nice, it's only the boss themes that fall flat.
you cherrypicking niggers
>durr ER songs have no melody
stop talking out of your anuses you midwit fruit cups

make it out of limgrave and maybe you'll hear some good tunes
Lmao these suck, its like Elden ring but instead of:
>AAHH OOOOHH
its
>IIH HAAAA IIIH
And just highpitched noices, absolute trash taste.
i dont remember anything from ds3 outside of dancer
