0, there's no battery. It's basically just a clip-on screen + speakers that attaches to the Xbox. It's all powered by plugging in the console to the wall, the screen itself gets power from the console's USB port.

BOTW doesn't run at 1080p docked. It runs at 900p max, the rendering resolution isn't tied to the video signal output and it can drop under 900p since the game has some dynamic resolution scaling. Handheld runs at 720p max, once again with dynamic resolution scaling which drops below 720p.
